Our digital products are exclusively for personal use.

To be able to purchase a digital file and download it you must agree that your right of withdrawal is lost when you download the file.

Under Swedish and EU law, specifically the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

 

However, for digital files (such as e-books, software, music, or apps) that are not on a physical medium, this right is lost immediately if the download or streaming has started, provided the consumer consented to this and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

 

FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

You may use the file for your personal use only.

Non-profit, and no commercial purposes. You can use it for your own personal projects, decorate your home or your office, offer it as a printed gift such as a photograph or a poster, but you cannot use it to generate income, you can not sell it, you can not promote your business or an event, you can not distribute it or share it.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO :

You may use it on personal devices.

You are allowed to print it to decorate your home, your office, your business premises or to offer a single print as a gift,

You may use it to illustrate a blog, an article or other posts on social media for non-monetised social media posts with the condition of mentioning the copyright holder.

You may use it in an educational, journalistic, cultural and historical context to illustrate an historical event with the following conditions:

1- You must mention the copyright holder.

2- The article or blog must be directly related to the event in which the image was taken.

3- In no case use the image in an unlawful context such as humiliation, hate crime or any other criminal activity that goes against the context in which the image was taken.

4- There is no window for interpretation or manipulation. The image illustrates a specific event, context, artwork and the artist's concept and text must be respected as well as the historical significance of the event itself.

 

You are not allowed to associate any sponsor or any product to this specific article, blog or post.

 

 

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO :

You can not use the artwork in a website moke-up.

You can not sell, licence, or redistribute the artwork.

You can not crop or modify any image as it is an artwork and it must be only used as such respecting the artist's expression or testimony.

You can not use the artwork to promote your business.

You can not use the artwork to make products. " posters, mugs, T-shirts, Caps.. etc"

You can not create a digital content modifying the artwork.

You can not create a digital content for promoting a product or a service. Such as digital or analogue advertisements.

In any case the artwork is sold for personal use only and as wall decoration only and if your intention is to generate revenue or to use the artwork for advertisement to promote a brand, a sponsor or a product then you must inquire for a commercial licence. Otherwise it is a violation of the non commercial use agreement while purchasing and downloading the file.
