We do not stock any physical product. All our art prints are made to order
Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), "made-to-order" (custom-made) products generally have different rules regarding cancellation and returns compared to standard off-the-shelf items.Under Swedish law, particularly the legal points regarding made-to-order products in Sweden include:

No Automatic Right of Withdrawal: Under the Distance Contracts Act, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) does not apply to, or can be limited for, goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or are clearly personalised.

Cancellation Compensation: If a consumer wishes to cancel a made-to-order product before delivery, they may be required to compensate the company for costs incurred. This is determined on a case-by-case basis, often based on how far along the production process is when the cancellation occurs.

Faulty Goods Rights: Even if a product is made-to-order and cannot be returned simply because the consumer changed their mind, the consumer still retains the right to complain about faults or defects (reklamation) for up to three years after the purchase.

Contractual Terms: It is highly advisable to check the specific terms and conditions (allmänna villkor) of the seller, as they will outline the exact policy for custom orders, including potential cancellation fees.
We believe in transparency and art made to be enjoyed and enrich every day’s life. Each NOAIGALLERI.COM artwork is printed on demand. Please read the full refund and return terms, written in accordance with the Swedish and EU consumer law.
1. Made-to-order production
All artworks offered through Noai Galleri are either digital or made-to-order fine art prints, produced individually only after an order is placed.
Because of this, they qualify as goods made to the consumer’s specifications.
Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital file has been downloaded or the printing process has begun.
This means you cannot cancel or return your order.
We clearly indicate this exemption before checkout, in compliance with the Swedish and EU law.

The above does not affect your statutory warranty rights, that means: if your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are fully protected by law.
You may request a replacement
NOAI Galleri will bear all costs for justified claims under warranty.
3. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us right away. You have 24 hours within reception to open a claim by calling us directly +46725864059 or by sending us an email to mus@gmscandinavia.com
Please Include your order number and photos to justify your claim.
We will replace the item free of charge but for that you must return the item to us to be destroyed as all the artworks are certified and numbered in a limited edition so we may replace it. The shipping costs are at our discretion for defective or incorrect artworks.
4. Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us.
We’ll coordinate with our shipping partners to locate your parcel. If the item is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement.
5. Color variations
Due to the nature of the artworks, The human eye interpretation of colours, the computer screens, tablets , cell phones and the printing process there might be slight differences in colour, brightness, contrasts or paper texture that may be slightly different compared to the digital or sample previews on the screens. These are considered normal and do not constitute defects under consumer law.
6. We do not handle the shipping
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We do not handle the shipping. All the shipping process and handling is out of our control as it is a made to order print and the shipping is handled by the printing company. A third party that produces the fine art prints, and an other third party that handles the shipping process.
We may not be held accountable for any damage or loss that might occur during shipping even though we do offer replacement if the item was damaged or lost during the shipping process, but you must know that we cannot offer refunds. We do not offer replacements for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Legal jurisdiction
This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the Swedish law.
For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of the country in which you reside.
9. Summary
1- We do not own any stock.
2- All of our artworks are produced on demand when an order is placed.
3- The Artwork and posters offered through NOAI Galleri are produced only after an order have been placed.
4- All our Art Works are " made-to-order". Our posters and fine art prints are produced individually only after an order is placed.
Thanks to this model we can offer very good quality art prints for very competitive prices to the standards of today's Art market.
Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the production process has begun.
This means you cannot cancel or return your order simply because you changed your mind, and for this reason you must read and accept our refund policies before checking out.
However in some rare cases that are treated individually we do offer the possibility for an exchange but conditions apply. You must contact us and inquire, giving us a good reason of why you wish to exchange your artwork. Every case is studied individually. But you must know that if the artwork has been used or manipulated you lose the possibility to apply.
5- No right of withdrawal after an order has been placed as in a lot of cases the production starts right away

For the replacement of damaged goods we must be notified as soon as the product was received, if traces of damages appear on the package you must take pictures of the package and do not open it before contacting us. if you opened the package and the artwork has a defect or you received the wrong piece then you must contact us immediately.
The process of exchange and refund are discussed with the printing company and are handled as soon as we or the printing company receive the damaged goods so we may asses the damage and dispose of it.
Either us or the printing company will decide of the shipping company to return the items.
The costs of the shipping in this case are handled either by the printing company or directly by us. But we must insist in your best interest to contact us as soon as possible so we can help you in this unfortunate event.
