To produce any print you must choose from the options and then place an order.

All prints are custom made by our graphic designer after placing an order then the digital file is sent to our printing partners that handles the printing process and the shipping.

I - Cancellation policies:

1. Free cancellation before production begins to avoid cost commitments. The production process starts when the graphic designer starts working on the project. A template of the project will be sent to the client to check if any errors before sending the file to our printing partners.
2. 50% fees if production started.
3. No cancellation after that the product have been shipped 

II - Refund & return policies :

We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" purchases. However, our refund and return policies are subject to consumer law, which dictates that we must provide a solution if there is an error from our part after that the client have approved the project. Please read our refund and return policies.

III - Exchange

In some cases if you’re not happy with your purchase ( change of mind, error in size or doesn’t fit your interior and if it was a gift and the person does not like it ) we can offer an exchange but you must understand that we only replace the image and the note of the final project. Conditions apply, please refer to our refund and return policies. In this case all the shipping costs are not included and invoiced separately. the buyer is responsible for paying all the production, handling and shipping costs.

IV - Warranty

Faulty Goods Rights,  the consumer still retains the right to complain about  defects (reklamation) for up to three years after the purchase you must refer to our sales conditions to read about what we consider as defect.

All our artworks are produced and fulfilled by our trusted printing partner. Production and Shipping are available to all EU countries.

Typical delivery time: 7 – 14 working days, depending on production and destination. This is an estimate not a guaranteed delivery time.

You must understand that handling and shipping are out of our control but we will do everything in our power to keep you up to date.

Delivery times  displayed are estimates based on normal conditions and historical data. They are not guaranteed, they are subject to numerous  uncontrollable external factors that may disrupt the shipping process. All these factors are outside of our control.

In the unfortunate event of a non-delivery within 30 working days we will replace the item at our discretion.
